How to switch to a Yearly Subscription

This article will help you change your subscription to a Yearly one and what are the benefits of doing that.

NikaTime now offers a yearly subscription where you have many benefits:

  1. 20% off when compared to the monthly subscription.

  2. You keep the data that you've collected while on the monthly subscription - no need to worry about losing everything.

  3. You can add and remove users as you'd like. This will generate credit towards a new subscription round or a discount in case you add new users before that.

How to switch my subscription

To start, you'll need to cancel your current subscription, here's how:

  1. Go to Billing, and click on the Expand button under Team Settings (you must be an admin to see that page).

  2. Click the button that says Cancel Subscription.

Now that you've canceled your current subscription, we're going to create a new one, this time in the yearly billing format.

  1. Go to the annual subscription page.

  2. Complete with your Billing Information and Payment Method

  3. Click on Subscribe
