Were you expecting to see a teammate's records on the Team Overview page but this user is suddenly missing from the list?

If this user has been deactivated or deleted from Slack or Teams, you may have to select a different time period to be able to see their records.

When a user is deactivated for time tracking or deleted from Slack or MS Teams, the user will only appear in the Team Overview when you select a time period when they have records, because the Team Overview page only displays active users and users with records.
