IMPORTANT: If your team is paying for NikaTime, removing NikaTime from your Slack workspace or Teams organization will not cancel your subscription. To prevent any future charges, you should cancel it before deleting NikaTime from your chat platform. If you're on a free trial, you don't need to worry about it, your account will be canceled automatically when the trial ends.
Cancel your paid subscription
If you wish to cancel your subscription, go to Billing, under Team Settings (you must be an admin to see that page), and click the Expand button. You will be able to see your account details and download all your invoices. After making sure you don't need any more information from that page (you will lose access to it after canceling), click the button that says Cancel Subscription.
Remove NikaTime from Slack
Follow the instructions from Slack's Help Center:
From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
Select Settings & administration from the menu, then click Manage apps to open the Slack App Directory.
From the left sidebar, select Installed Apps.
Find and select the app you want to remove, then click App Details.
From the app page, click the Configuration tab.
Scroll down to Remove App and select Remove App.

Remove NikaTime from Teams
If you are a team owner and want to uninstall NikaTime from your team, follow these steps:
Click the Teams button on the App bar.
Click your team's More Options (three dots) button.
Select Manage team. The Manage Team screen for that team opens.
Click the Apps tab. A list of the apps installed on this team is displayed. Each app has an uninstall button to its right, in the shape of a trash can.
Click NikaTime's Uninstall button. You’ll be asked to confirm that you do want to uninstall the selected app.
Click Uninstall.
If you installed NikaTime for yourself:
Click the More Added Apps (three dots) button on the App bar.
Right-click the NikaTime icon.
Select Uninstall. You're asked to confirm that you want to uninstall NikaTime.
Click Uninstall.
On Teams, make sure to remove the app from all installed channels, otherwise, the app will still remain installed in your workspace.
