In your team's Report Center, you can rename projects using the Edit action, which you can find in multiple places, such as the Projects Management page or the project page.

You can reach the project page by clicking the project name anywhere in the Report Center.

Admins can edit any project. Depending on the Permissions option in Team Settings, non-admins may or may not be able to edit the projects they worked on.
