Whenever you're entering your work hours (either in Slack, Teams, or the Report Center), you'll be shown the list of projects that are available for you to select from.
However, the best way to see and manage your team's projects is to visit the Projects Management page in your team's Report Center. You'll see the list of all existing projects including archived ones, the total number of hours logged, the assigned groups, and more relevant information on each project.
This page is always available to admins. Non-admins may see it if they've been given the right permissions on the Team Settings page.
Changing the order of the projects
You can also change the order in which projects are displayed on NikaTime's drop-down menu, inside Slack or Teams. To change that, you can go to the Team Settings page and select among the different options there:
